Haverbrack Avenue Residence, designed by Powell & Glenn, offers an elevated outlook with views to the Dandenong Ranges, blending contemporary volumes with sculptural moments.

Resolved contemporary volumes with sculptural moments.

Dynamic concrete layers shape the landscape

With an elevated outlook that maximises views of the Dandenong Ranges, Haverbrack Avenue Residence, designed by architects Powell & Glenn, showcases a clean composition complemented by an immersive garden experience that engages all the senses. It begins with bold bougainvillea cascading over the front entry walls and continues throughout.

Alfresco entertaining zones

Sculptural, tiered landscapes

When viewed from the interior, Haverbrack Avenue Residence’s gardens shape striking green living artwork outlooks that coax further discovery.

An open-plan ground floor allows for sight lines onto the garden to be immediate and impactful, sentiments cemented further by the curation of an exquisite Japanese maple which sits in a giant ornamental pot framed by a curved glazed atrium. It is a home that inherently dovetails architecture and landscape design, ensuring both are enhanced through the clever mediation between compression and openness.

Stepping through to a generous entertaining patio on the home’s threshold with ample seating and dining space, the rear garden unfolds outwards. Rosemary drips from steel pool arbour fencing while crepe myrtle, along with the bougainvillea, introduces bursts of colour. Gardenias bloom within window planters and the scent of Madagascar jasmine, lavender and lilly pilly hangs in the air. This is a garden that transforms with the seasons, daphnes marking winter and hydrangeas bursting into bloom come summer.
